There is Torah on parchment,

black on white,

and there is Torah that preceded Creation.

Her essence:

"And you shall do the right and the good in the eyes of God."

And the challenge - to unearth her,

to polish her, to renew her, 

to make her shine

and to preserve her in every generation

as a precious gem -

sparkling, 

giving off light.

Raises questions and queries.

Expresses hopes.

Connects to eternity.
