I'm sitting by the ocean

And soaking up its sounds.

I can't believe the feeling

Of being present on the ground.

Watching, smelling,

breathing in the beauty

of the land,

Walking, sitting, dancing in my mind.

Mingling, moving gently in concert

With creation.

Hand in hand.
